We’re on a mission to build an AI reliability teammate that investigates issues reactively and brings reliability as a peace of mind, like a real teammate would!

Ewake is growing fast, and with growth comes an increasingly high number of projects to run.

Backed by top-tier VCs and working with fast-growing clients internationally, we’re now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to help us scale to the next level.

The role will be very operational (running projects, working on strategy).

As COO, you’ll work side-by-side with our CEO to shape and execute our strategy, build scalable operations, and drive company-wide performance and culture.🔧 ****

⚡ Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the CEO to drive vision, strategy, and performance goals
• Working on our GTM strategy, define goals and initiatives to reach them
• Translating strategy into actionable growth plans, KPIs, and operational execution
• Run strategic projects (hiring, expansion, new feature launch, events)
• Creating policies and processes that reinforce our company culture and values
• Championing a data-informed culture for operational decisions
• Monitoring key metrics to identify areas for improvement

📁 Profile:

• At least 3-4 years in the same roles, chief of staff, Growth, or strategy position
• Having a sales or growth background
• A good understanding of B2B revenue dynamics
• You need to be a problem-solver
• Ultra proactive and can work independently, but you also love working with a team
• Fluent in English, French is a plus

Bonus:

• Prior founder experience is a strong plus
• Based in Paris or willing to relocate
